As much that what is going on in Bolivia is even occurring in our time, that it even <I>had</I> to occur, along with that there are those who show by their actions they have no intentions of honoring the, by democratic vote, expressed wishes of the majority People.<BR/><BR/>Earlier this week, I saw what I took to be the image of Evo holding a copy of the proposed new constitution while speaking to the UN. Something about it hit home. What part of that, yes, he surely played a or the predominant part of creating what that booklet (?) divined but that the people are the ones who will ultimately give it the deciding thumbs up or down in the end.<BR/><BR/>Having for personal reasons followed what has been going on for some time now, distressing is that Voices such as yours and the others in your immediate circle remain extremely localized in whom they reach.
